    DTF UV Gang Sheet

    Create a DTF UV gang sheet for printing, or simply upload your pre imposed gang sheet at 56cm x 1m.

    DTF UV can be applied to most hard and semi rigid products. It is best suited to smooth surfaces, it can be applied to some textured surfaces but these can be difficult. Follow these instructions to get the best from DTF UV trasfers.

    1. Clean the surface with an un medicated IPA wipe, do not use cleaning wipes.
    2. Buff dry after cleaning with a lint free cloth.
    3. Make sure the product being decorated is not below 18c
    4. If the transfer needs cutting, leave as little of the laminate around the edge as possible. 3mm is plenty, to much and it will be difficult to peel.
    5. Peel the laminate from the backing gently making sure all the print stays on the laminate.
    6. Apply the transfer and press it down hard, make sure all the edges and small detail are pressed firmly to avoid them lifting with the laminate.
    7. Gently peel the laminate  back  on its self, do not lift it directly up.
    8. If any print does comes away from the laminate, re press it and leave for 2 minutes before trying to re peel.
    9. Clean any excess adhesive off with an IPA wipe.
