Returns Policy
Delivery and Receipt of Goods
- Delivery: Goods will be delivered to the specified address.
- Delivery Notification: A delivery note will accompany each delivery, detailing order information, special instructions, and any outstanding balance.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
- Damaged Goods: If goods are damaged upon delivery, sign for them as damaged. Failure to do so may void claims against carriers.
- Delayed Delivery: If you fail to take delivery within 3 business days, you may be charged storage fees. After 10 business days, the supplier may resell the goods.
- Quantity Discrepancies: Minor quantity discrepancies (up to 5%) will not be grounds for rejection.
Product Warranty
- 12-Month Warranty: The supplier warrants that the goods will conform to their description and be free from defects for 12 months from delivery.
- Defective Goods: If you discover a defect within the warranty period, notify the supplier promptly. The supplier may repair, replace, or refund the defective goods.
Title and Risk
- Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
- Title Transfer: Title to the goods will not pass to you until full payment is received or the goods are resold.
- Customer Obligations: Until title passes, you must store the goods separately, insure them, and provide information to the supplier as requested.
Returns
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, contact the supplier within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
- Unopened Products: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a refund, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
